I am trying to initiate a write-in campaign to Dear Abby in response to
today’s column.

Below is what I am posting to celiac lists.

Today’s Dear Abby column mentions celiac disease (in the context of a
child’s

behavior problems prior to diagnosis). As far as I can tell, Dear Abby’s
column

has never mentioned the word “celiac” before. It’s mentioned only in passing

today and no follow-up is given by Abby. If Dear Abby gives some concrete

information about celiac disease it could help a lot of people. If a large

number of people respond to a specific topic, Dear Abby usually devotes an

entire column to it.

SO PLEASE SEND HER YOUR BRIEF CELIAC STORY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
