A good GF web Site
It was suggested that I pass this site on to everyone. King Arthur has product mixes, flours, recipes of breads and other bread products, pictures to help you bake a loaf all the way through the cooking cycle, discusses different flours, how to mix different flours. It has a huge amount of information and also a newsletter. Check out the site.
It seems to be a good site.
