In December, The Denver Post named “The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook” one of the “Best Cookbooks of 2009″ (a rare distinction for a gluten-free cookbook!), In April, Shape Magazine ran a four-page spread on her almond flour recipes. And a few weeks ago, Glamour.com’s “Vitamin G” blogger said she is “officially smitten with almond flour” after trying Elana’s cookies.
