Discussion, new information, questions and answers,
sampling of new Gluten Free foods
cooking demonstration
We will be preparing Chicken Cheddar Rice and Cheddar Broccoli Soup.
These are new products made from a package that can be
quickly changed from a side dish or soup to a dinner for a family.
Pot Luck Gluten Free lunch
Bring a Gluten Free dish or snack to share. Please bring
a list of ingredients or a copy or copies or the box or bag it came from.
If you are newly diagnosed, you are not obligated to bring a dish.
raffle for Gluten Free foods
Our huge Raffle is only 1 for $1 or 10 for $5. Anyone can bring items to
add to the raffle. Do you want to share with us a new item you found or your
favorite GF items. Our raffle pays for stamps to mail 60 monthly meeting
notices to people without computers and for lunch plates, forks, tablecloths.
Meeting dates to put on your calendar: Our meetings are always on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:30 am.
February 18th, March 17th, April 21st, May 19th, June 16th.
The Celiac Disease Foundations Annual Conference is April 28th at Universal City Walk.

Directions: From the 210 freeway, exit Lake Ave., go south on Lake Ave, turning away from the mountains, go 3 blocks to Colorado Blvd. Turn right on Colorado Blvd, go 4 block to Madison. Turn right on Madison. The church is on this corner. Park in the parking lot behind the church. Walk to the front of the church. There is also an elevator.
